Before you decide
Has this run on a real event?
Yes. It was built for and used at an international beauty championship, covering registration, check-in, scoring and results.
How many languages?
Judge screens and criteria are multilingual, and more languages can be added for a given event.
Do judges see contestant names?
That follows the event’s own rules. Numbers only is common, with the head judge able to reveal a name for a dispute.
What if the internet drops on the day?
Backups are planned in advance, both spare hardware and a temporary recording procedure.
Does it work for a small event?
Yes, scaled to the number of competitions and entrants.
What happens to the data afterwards?
Everything can be exported, and score edits stay in the audit log for later review.
Can entry fees be collected online?
By bank transfer with an uploaded slip, plus a review screen where your team confirms each one. Automatic card payment needs a payment provider connection, which is priced separately.
What are the upload limits for competitor work?
Up to 10 MB per image, resized automatically so judges can open entries even when the hall's signal is poor. Where video is required we set it up as a link submission rather than a file upload.
How are results published and certificates issued?
The results page can go live the moment judging is closed, and certificates are issued as PDFs with a per-person verification code. Individual judges' scores are not made public - only the agreed totals.
