The problem
- You have a LINE OA but only use it to reply to messages.
- Clients ask about availability and prices constantly.
- Every broadcast costs you blocks because it goes to everyone.
- No membership or points system that anyone actually uses.
What changes
- Clients book, browse services and see their own history inside LINE.
- A Rich Menu that leads to what people really want.
- Messages sent by segment and behaviour, not scattered.
- Membership and points tied to real client records.
What you get
A page inside LINE
Booking, services, receipts and service history.
Rich Menu
Designed around what clients tap most.
Membership and points
Tied to the CRM, not a separate list to fill in twice.
Segmented broadcast
By past service, branch, or return cycle.
Automatic reminders
Booking confirmation, day-before reminder, next-cycle nudge.
Payment path
Planned to match what the business is ready for.
How it works
Check the LINE OA status and available capabilities.
Design the menu and the journeys clients actually use.
Build and connect to the CRM.
Pilot with a small group of clients.
Roll out and measure bookings.
Scope and limits
- A verified LINE OA is required, and some features depend on account type.
- Message costs follow LINE’s own plans.
- Payment depends on the provider the business chooses.
Before you decide
How is this different from normal LINE?
Normal LINE is chat. Mini LINE is a page opening inside the LINE app, so clients can book and check details without typing a question.
Do clients install anything?
No. It opens in the LINE they already have.
Does it handle two branches?
Yes. Branch is chosen at booking, with separate queues and reports.
How flexible is the points system?
Rules are set by service and value, with reporting on redemption.
How often should we broadcast?
Less but targeted beats often and scattered. We help set the cycle and the content around client behaviour.
What if we cannot take online payment yet?
Start with booking only and add payment later.
Does the LINE account need to be verified first?
An unverified account works from day one, but a verified one is searchable inside LINE and carries the dark badge. Apply early - switching later does not break anything, it just means waiting.
How is broadcast messaging charged?
LINE charges by message count on your account's plan, paid to LINE directly, not through us. What the system does is send only to the segment that should get it, so the quota lasts longer.
Can member data be exported?
Yes, to a spreadsheet file at any time. Members, points and visit history belong to the shop and are not locked to us.
