The problem
- Price and opening hours get answered dozens of times a day.
- Someone messages at midnight, gets nothing, and books elsewhere by morning.
- Different staff give different answers and different prices.
- Foreign clients message and nobody can reply fast enough.
What changes
- Basic questions answered instantly, around the clock, in three languages.
- Every answer comes from one knowledge base, so it is always consistent.
- Handover to a human carries the conversation across, with no restart.
- A record of what people ask most, which feeds back into content and service.
What you get
Your knowledge base
Services, prices, hours, location, conditions and FAQ, under your control.
Three languages
Replies in the language the client typed: Thai, English or Chinese.
Human handover
Triggered by rules you set, such as promotion pricing or rescheduling.
Hard boundaries
No medical answers, nothing outside the knowledge base. It hands over instead.
Logging and privacy
Only what is needed. No unnecessary sensitive data stored.
Predictable cost
Model cost estimated against your real message volume before you start.
How it works
Collect real questions from past chats.
Build the knowledge base and define what must never be answered.
Connect channels and set handover rules.
Test with the team before going live.
Review transcripts and adjust answers monthly.
Scope and limits
- No medical advice, no diagnosis of skin or any condition.
- Nothing outside the knowledge base, so it cannot invent an answer.
- A human still closes the sale.
Before you decide
Will it make things up?
It is limited to your knowledge base. When it has no answer it says so and hands over to the team.
What does it cost?
Two parts: setup by scope, and model usage by message volume. We estimate against your real chat numbers first.
Does it work with LINE?
Yes, and alongside Facebook, Instagram and your website in the same system.
Do clients know it is a bot?
Yes, stated in the first message. Misleading a client costs more than it saves.
Can we switch it off?
Instantly, from the admin. Every chat then goes to a person as usual.
Is client data used to train a model?
No. Conversations are excluded from training, and we log only what the service needs.
How many languages, and will it mix them up?
Thai, English and Chinese, answering in whichever language the customer writes in, and switching if they switch mid-conversation. Prices and course names come from one shared source, so the three languages cannot contradict each other.
How much material do I need before it can go live?
Enough to start: services and prices, hours, location, how to book, and about twenty questions you are already asked constantly. The rest gets added from the real conversations it could not answer.
What happens when it cannot answer?
It hands over to a person immediately with the conversation attached. It also hands over every time regardless of confidence on allergies, side effects, refunds and price negotiation - those are configured never to be answered automatically.
